eService Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. eService is a web based maintenance tracking program. It is made available through the website By opening an account with eService in any way, you accept these Terms and Conditions which forms a binding agreement between you and eService. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not log in to the eService website.



To use the eService website you must provide a valid user name, password, and e-mail address. The information provided must be complete and accurate. If you are a business, government or non-profit, the account registrant must have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement. Your account may have the ability to create additional user logins that are tied to your account; usernames created in this way must not violate any third party right or be obscene or objectionable.



You are responsible for all activity that occurs from your account. This includes any activity or action performed by an unauthorized user. Account access is granted specifically to the person bound to the e-mail address the account was registered under. You must safeguard your account access information. If you are using a computer that other persons have access to, you must log out of the eService website when you are finished using our service. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, notify eService immediately by phone at (+1) 540-941-1999.



Your privacy rights are written in our Privacy Policy which is a part of this Agreement. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to learn about what information we collect about you, what we use that information for, and who we share that information with.


As long as your account is enabled, eService authorizes you a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the eService website application for your purposes. This license is applicable only to you and may not be given to anyone else.

Except as permitted by eService in writing, you will not reproduce, redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the eService website. You also agree to refrain from interfering with or damaging the eService website. All rights not specifically granted by eService are reserved.



Refunds – Users who purchase annual subscriptions have fourteen (14) days after their purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After the refund period is over, all sales are final and all fees paid are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will eServiceeService be required to issue a refund.

Renewals – eServiceeService reserves the right to deny subscriptions, renewals, and any other purchases for any reason.

Retires – When your eServiceeService subscription retires, eServiceeService will hold onto your data for a guaranteed period of thirty (30) days. After this allowance period, eServiceeService is not responsible for any data loss or account deletion that may occur.



Your account can be removed from our service by calling (+1) 540-941-1999. eService reserves the right to delete your account after thirty (30) days has elapsed from your account subscription renewal date if the account was not renewed. eService will not be held responsible for any data loss that occurs to your account for any reason.



By using the eService website, you agree to refrain from:

  • Harassing other users of the service
  • Distributing “spam”
  • Collecting information about other users of the service
  • Advertising or soliciting

eServiceeService has the right to monitor all conduct and content submitted to the ePSM website.



eServiceeService reserves the right to modify and change the eServiceeService website. You will provide your own access to the website. eServiceeService will not screen the data submitted to it. eServiceeService offers itself “as is” and “as available.” You use the eServiceeService website at your own risk. eServiceeService disclaims any and all warranties express or implied. eServiceeService makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; That any data submitted to eServiceeService will be stored or made available; That eServiceeService meets your business needs; That eServiceeService will continue to offer or support any feature of the website;

To the fullest extent permitted by law: eService shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other tangible losses and that eService total liability to the account holder shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to eService over the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of eService must be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. This agreement may not be modified except by a revised Terms and Conditions posted by eService on the eService website.

eService enables you to manage work orders electronically; create new ones as needed when you see a maintenance issue and view the work completed on old ones.

Get rid of filing cabinents and other unnecessary paperwork. With eService you can add pictures, documentation, information on how to troubleshoot problems and more.

eService logs pictures, estimated completion times, actual completion times, and an ability to reference SOPs to properly complete the task at hand.
